 Mode of Action of Ingredients in Complex Sinus Drops-33 (Bio-India’s Sinus Drops-33)Arsenicum album : Arsenicum album is used when the blockage of nose is due to nasal allergies.

It is mainly prescribed when burning watery nasal discharges are present along with nose blockage.

 Cinnabaris: It is an effective remedy against nasal catarrh, particularly when it affects the nasal sinuses and is accompanied by an increasingly dull headache.

 Hydrastis canadensis: Hydrastis is a remedy used where the sinus discharge tends to go down the back of the throat rather than down the nose.

 Kali bichromicum: Kali bichromicum is an excellent remedy for nasal congestion due to sinusitis,where the discharge drops back into the throat despite coming out of the nose.

 Lemna minor : Lemna Minor is the remedy used for removal of nasal blockage due to polyps.

The symptoms guiding its use are nasal stuffiness and loss of smell with difficulty in breathing.

 Luffa operculata: Luffa operculata may reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis and sinusitis Mercurius iodatus ruber: Gives relief in cases of chronic sinusitis.

 Pulsatilla nigricans: Pulsatilla is used for stuffy nose , if thick, yellowish or greenish bland  mucus is produced.

 Teucrium marum virum:  Mucous polyps, coryra with nose block, discharge  of large irregular clinkers, crawling in nostrils with sneezing
